If it is first time hiring with us the no we will need to see you driving licence.

We apply a 150 mile allowance to each day of hire, mileage over this will incur a small fee of £0.10p per mile so for example for an extra 50 miles it’s £5.

All security deposits are £300. On the day of the hire we will put a hold on this amount on your card. (Sorry but we don’t take American express)

For our 9 and 14 seaters it’s a yes. If you are hiring our 17 seater then you will need a D1 License by law.

We won’t bore you with all the details and we are sorry but this is an insurance NO NO! We’re afraid the vehicle cannot be left at the office without the office being open.

The team need a rest so we do close on a Sunday. See our opening hours for Saturdays!

We do allow refunds in some cases. Call us as soon as you know, you do need to give 48 hours notice.

We are happy for you to leave your vehicle here, our team will allocate a parking space but just to let you know we can’t take responsibility for your vehicle and it is at customers own risk.

To keep our costs as low as possible there are occasions where Cambridge isn’t occupied, call us before to check just in-case if you haven’t already made a booking
